RGM is a solicitor firm, estate and letting agent with offices in Linlithgow and Grangemouth. The company decided to update its branding and a key objective of the rebrand was to increase the ‘kerb appeal’ of each office front. We were recommended to RGM by ESPC and they chose us to apply their new branding to each office.

Both offices are located in older, traditional buildings. However, there are major differences between the style of building and what is allowed under local regulations in each location. We had to develop creative signage and display solutions that suited each office while keeping the consistency of the new brand. In Linlithgow, we used white acrylic lettering on the main fascia of the building as well as an entrance plaque and a projecting sign to attract attention. In Grangemouth, we created a large, powder-coated sign with vinyl lettering in their brand colours to create maximum kerb appeal.

The Linlithgow office has multiple windows and smaller display areas. We therefore chose illuminated window pockets to help properties stand out. With a larger window space in Grangemouth, we felt able to use standard window pockets for the window display. A silver-etch, patterned vinyl glass privacy film was applied to all the externally facing windows at each location to complete the professional, modern look of each office.

RGM is delighted with the end result, with both offices reflecting both the company brand but also the location and community in which they’re based.
